What we make you responsible for

We are looking for a Digital & CRM Expert to take our digital marketing machine and customer data landscape to the next level.

In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of our CRM system, manage our digital marketing channels, and help build our website into a true omnichannel platform. You will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution. You will optimize the performance of our digital marketing ecosystem, translate data into action, and continuously refine the online customer journey. In short, you will play an essential role in the growth of our marketing and sales organization.

You will be part of a dynamic marketing team and report to our Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • You understand and optimize the data model in our CRM system (D365). You analyze customer and behavioral data and build smart, targeted segments for email marketing. You work closely with the Product Owner of our CRM tool to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into action.

  • You plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns via email, social media, SEA, and other online channels such as Meta and Google.

  • You help shape the further development of our website into an omnichannel platform. You test and monitor the user experience, track buyer behavior via dashboards and heat maps, and translate insights into concrete improvements that strengthen our omnichannel journey and brand discovery.

  • You understand how data flows between CRM, websites, and other digital tools. You know where to find relevant information and analyze visitor numbers, conversion, and customer behavior. You translate insights into improvement actions.

  • You build and maintain marketing automation flows and lead nurturing journeys.

  • You monitor consistency in our online presence and brand perception.

Daarnaast heb je een sterke interesse in retail en:

  • You have a degree in marketing, communication, or business.

  • You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in digital marketing & CRM, ideally in a B2B environment.

  • You are comfortable with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

  • You are familiar with website management (CMS, SEO, GEO, UX) and digital advertising (Google, Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • You think in terms of data. You are proficient with tools such as GA4 and use Excel to make data speak and drive targeted improvements.

  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.

  • You work proactively, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of ownership.

  • You keep projects on track and maintain progress.
